All baking is done (without shortcuts) by our staff here at Take the Cake. Committed to the quality of our product, we will not use cake mixes, artificial flavors or colors. Our ingredients are of the freshest, finest quality we can offer. Our menu has been developed and refined by our pastry chefs to include the best combinations which, hopefully, will please all.

Stop by and watch us work in our open kitchen. Along with tarts, cookies and assorted treats, we have a full selection of cakes to purchase daily in both the 6" and 9" sizes. We can write a message using vanilla or chocolate while you wait, and all cakes are decorated with fresh flowers.

If you need a larger cake (serving up to 60) please allow 2-3 days notice. Almost all cakes are available in larger sizes. Although we do not offer any "character or shaped cakes, we can incorporate any decorations or figures you bring to us.
