About Our Cakes
All of our products are made from whole ingredients: butter, sugar, flour, eggs and chocolate. We use no cake mixes or artificial flavors or colors. All baking is done (without shortcuts) by our staff here at the bakery. Our buttercream icing is made with unsalted, sweet butter and pure vanilla. It is prepared in the cooked French Style, and is therefore ivory in color.

We decorate with fresh flowers; although we provide the flowers, we are always happy to coordinate color and type with your florist.

Pricing
The cost of your wedding cake is determined by many factors. Included in the price is a 6" sample cake and, on your 1st year Anniversary, a fresh 6" cake for you both to enjoy.

Appointments
Please call Nancy or Sharon to make an appointment to view our photo albums and read some of our testimonials from satisfied customers. Keep in mind that we will only make a few wedding cakes per weekend. A $50 non-refundable deposit will reserve the date.

WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Our best seller. Layers of chocolate cake filled with the finest quality white chocolate mousse, finished with rich vanilla buttercream. A real crowd pleaser.

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY
Raspberry and chocolate combine in a dark chocolate cake filled and blanketed with velvety smooth raspberry buttercream. A vision in pink!

PURCELL TORTE
An elegant way to indulge. Dark chocolate cake filled with white chocolate mousse, iced in ganache, and topped with a layer of imported raspberry preserves. Presents like a jewel.

VANILLA POUND Cake
Pure vanilla has such a distinct flavor, as evident in this creation. Rich, buttery pound cake layers, brushed with vanilla syrup, spread with a layer of imported apricot preserves and vanilla pastry cream. Sweet apricot buttercream icing completes the masterpiece.
