Take the Cake products are made from whole ingredients: butter, sugar, flour, eggs and chocolate. We use no cake mixes or artificial flavors or colors.

Our buttercream icing is made with unsalted, sweet butter and pure vanilla. It is prepared in the cooked French Style, and is therefore ivory in color. "Ganache" is made with semisweet chocolate, heavy cream and butter.

All of our cakes are available daily at the bakery in 6" and 9" sizes. We can also make these selections in larger sizes with a few days notice. Inscriptions are available on the spot in chocolate or vanilla, and cakes are decorated with fresh flowers.
